One of the main beliefs of this religion is reincarnation. Reincarnation is being reborn into another body until you are enlightened and have good karma and only then you can exit the cycle and no longer will you be reborn.
Another belief is the four noble truths.

3.)The cessation of suffering is attainable.
4.) The path to the cessation of suffering.
